what is a life coach?

A person who counsels and encourages clients on matters having to do with careers or personal challenges. A person who will encourage you to make the right decision and hold you accountable for your actions. A person who provides honest, truthful, and constructive guidance when you need it the most.

Your 13 week Journey

  • Discussion

    In the first couple of sessions, we will identify the challenges that you currently face in your personal life. We will develop a positive approach to reduce your challenges and create a Journey Plan to focus on achieving your goals.

  • Stairway to Success

    As the weeks continue, we will focus on developing new ideas and methods that will give us positive results for your challenges. Each week will build from the last as we build your stairway to success.

  • Ascending Graduation

    After your thirteen sessions, you will have a better understanding of your priorities and what steps are needed to achieve any goals in your life.
