who am i….
My name is Ebed Melec Ramirez, but you may call me Coach Melec. I am a person who enjoys helping others succeed in their personal and/or professional lives by working together to achieve greatness. I have developed a unique style of coaching by integrating my professional and personal training. Throughout my professional career, I have over a decade of experience and have received specialized peer support training at a federal level, to include individual and group crisis intervention. I have attended leadership courses, served as a mentor, and have over 15 years of supervisory experience. My attributes have blessed me to serve in many leadership roles throughout my federal career.
I believe in living a life that brings you happiness, balance, and self-worth.

Mi nombre es Ebed Melec Ramirez, pero usted me puede llamar Entrenador Melec. Soy una persona que disfruta de ayudar a otros, trabajando juntos para que logren triunfar en su vida personal y profesional. He desarrollado un estilo personal y unico de entrenamiento especializado en apoyo de compañeros a nivel Federal. He participado en cursos de liderazgo, tambien he trabajado como mentor y tengo mas de 16 años de experencia como supervisor.
Mis atributos me han bendecido para servir en difernentes posiciones de liderazgo en mi carrera profesional.
Creo en vivir una vida que trae felicidad , balance, y valor en si mismo.
